Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Right First Time UK
I am passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges and access the support, information, and opportunities they need to
improve their lives. With a background in business management,
property maintenance, health and safety, facilities management, and
operational leadership, I bring a practical, hands-on approach to
problem-solving and community support.
Throughout my career, I have developed extensive experience in
leadership, project coordination, compliance management, customer service, and organisational administration. As a former business owner, I gained valuable experience in planning, budgeting,
decision-making, and managing day-to-day operations, which strengthened my commitment to professionalism, accountability, and service.
I founded Right First Time UK with a clear vision: to create a
trusted organisation that provides practical guidance, support, and
opportunities to individuals and communities. I believe that everyone deserves access to the right help at the right time, and I am dedicated to making a positive and lasting difference through community
engagement, support services, and advocacy.
My commitment is to ensure that Right First Time UK operates with
integrity, transparency, and compassion while delivering
meaningful outcomes for those we serve.

Ray Brady is a dedicated community advocate, elected councillor, and experienced professional with a lifelong commitment to supporting
individuals, families, and communities.
Throughout his career, he has worked in a wide range of roles
including sole trader, locksmith, safe engineer, welder fabricator, youth worker, football coach, counsellor, and community advocate.
Ray brings extensive experience in business ownership,
partnership working, bookkeeping, contract management, operational leadership, and public service. His work has always been centred around helping people overcome challenges, access support, and
navigate complex systems that can often feel overwhelming.
As an elected independant Councillor for West Bletchley Council in Milton Keynes, Ray actively represented residents, advocates for
community interests, and works to improve outcomes for those who may struggle to have their voices heard.
His personal and professional experiences have given him valuable
insight into issues relating to mental health, disability, abuse, social services, safeguarding, and community wellbeing.
Ray is passionate about standing up for those who cannot fight for themselves and ensuring that vulnerable people receive the
support, guidance, and opportunities they deserve. His combination of practical business experience, community leadership, and lived
experience makes him a strong advocate for positive social change and an invaluable Director of Right First Time UK
