CHILDREN CASES
Form C100
Child arrangements / contact / school disputes
Used to apply for:
- Child Arrangements Order (where child lives / time with parent)
- Specific Issue Order (example: school, passport, medical decisions)
- Prohibited Steps Order (stopping something happening)
This is the main form for private children disputes between parents.
Form C79
Enforcement of child arrangements order
Used when the other parent is breaching an existing child arrangements order.

General application during an existing case
Used to ask the court for directions, urgent hearings, or additional orders during ongoing proceedings.

Domestic abuse / harm allegations in child cases
Used alongside C100 to explain:

Usually filed with C100.
DOMESTIC ABUSE / EMERGENCY PROTECTION

Non-molestation order / Occupation order
Used to apply for:
- Non-molestation order (protection from abuse/harassment)

There is no court fee for this application.
