Child arrangements / contact / school disputes

Form C100

Used to apply for:

  • Child Arrangements Order (where child lives / time with parent)
  • Specific Issue Order (example: school, passport, medical decisions)
  • Prohibited Steps Order (stopping something happening)

This is the main form for private children disputes between parents.

 

Form C79

Enforcement of child arrangements order

Used when the other parent is breaching an existing child arrangements order.
